Leg cramps and pins and needles

I've got cramp in my leg and it's been there for 3 days now including today. It's not so bad today though. I've had cramp before and it's always in the same leg and lasts a couple of days.

I'm a little worried though because I keep getting mild pins and needles in that foot too.

Could it be anything to be worried about?
