First of all you need to figure out who you really are. You may think you are a lesbian, but you may not be.
Second, you do not have to conform to your families beliefs. Just be yourself. If you are a lesbian, there is nothing wrong with that, despite what they may tell you.

Hi VG ROOTS,

I can sympathise. My girlfriend is Indian (Hindu though not Muslim) and we don't know how they will react when they find out about us. But we have gone through several "layers" in our relationship and we don't think it's wrong or a sin, which is the most important thing.
We will face up to the shitstorm when it comes.
As everybody says you need to be sure about yourself first. But you are not alone there will be others.
