Hmmmm. Using that same argument, then, since women are free to wear "little black dresses", say with spaghetti shoulder straps, or even a halter tie, then the same option should be available to men as well. I wonder what Matthew McConaughey or George Clooney would look like in one...Interesting thought...or what the women of the world who think of them as sexy would think of them wearing one??
Whether somone looks good in any particular clothing is another issue.

There are increasing numbers of manufacturers that produce male hosiery and skirts/dresses so the choice of wearing the appropriate tailored garment is there, however if anyone chose to wear "little black dresses" then surely that is up to them.
You have emphasised an extreme and short of drag artistes, TVs and cross-dressers I doubt whether that would be the case but who knows.
