what you say is partially right. he even promised her not to look for other women. but on the other hand this was meant for the time when she was THERE, but when this happened (and even now) she is some 400km away at her mothers flat. this means that at the time when he did it he was in e sexually way kind of hungered out (for nearly a week then !) and this is not the only point. the other point is that that woman sent signals to his underconsciossness to make him sexually arouseled AGAINST HIS OWN WILL, he never had any plans to cheat on his girlfriend but this two points together made him act (for a few seconds) against his will.

so he did NOT cheat on her but onm the other hand it will probably exttremly difficult to explain it to her it is difficult to explain this to strangers (women) how a man works and his inner feelings and. and to explain to her when she was even angry when he LOOKED for women is maybe impossible thats the problem of it all.

sorry but she never forced her boob into his hand, he didnt do anything against his will, if he thought anything of his gf he would / should of walked away or brushed it off - its a lil something called self control

So what you want to do is have your "friend" send someone over to this girl that he assaulted and tell her what to do. Or more precisely, what not to do as it will be in her best interest.

What was in her best interest was that she should have been able to enjoy the club she was a patron in and dance around like any normal person would do so in a club without fear of being groped jokingly by someone who has no control over their sexuality.

You can't tell someone else how to behave and what to do. You don't have that right. As an example, you can't make me change my avatar no matter how many times you scream at me to do so. What does it matter to you whether or not she can get a boyfriend? By the way, if she kicked their boyfriends in the groin for touching her breasts, I'd say she was doing her friends a favour. If you're in a relationship with someone else, you shouldn't be touching anybody else in the first place. They'll probably thank her for putting the jerk in his place and dump them for a better specimen of a man. One who does not go around touching other women as a joke.

That's a fantastic idea. That way, when the girl tells your friend's girlfriend anyway, you can let the girlfriend know "Hey now she has to give us back the money we gave her to keep her mouth shut!" It will make the girlfriend want to stay together with your friend for sure.
