I am happy to report some success!!
My husband returned from work one evening (I suspect after a day mulling over the situation) day saying that he would wear the wellies "to keep me happy". I asked him to go get them there and then and pull them on. He did not dare say anything and did so. I spent a very pleasant evening watching him in what are now "his" shiny short wellington boots. Did I mention that they are one size larger than what he normally wears? This makes wearing them so much more obvious. I was nice to him that evening - but unfortunately I was on. He was disappointed but did not say anything. The following day the rubber boots were waiting by the door instead of the slippers. He now wears them in the house and of course in bed.
The next step was making him wear them outside. I suggested we go and watch a film. As it was a wet evening. I suggested he might just as well wear them as they were meant to be used. He started to protest but I spoke to him sharply and he submitted. We chose some seats at the back and I made sure he does not rememeber much of the film.

is done to his balls after you make clear you 'own' them and they are for your purpose and play he only care-taker of them. he to be tied helpless and gaged when punishment parts happens cos only way to keep him quiet enough when he really need taught hard lesson he will remember for days.
