Wow, in this picture he looks like he's trying not to cry. Honestly, he looks totally miserable. Maybe he knows that Jennifer and John are actually serious and he knows now that the mistake he made is completely and totally irreparable.

Three things are glaringly obvious in all these Cannes pics.

1) Pitt doesn't acknowledge the bump at all. He doesn't touch it nor does he even look at it. Strange for an "excited, father-to-be"

2) He hardly acknowledges Jolie either. He just stands beside her. She is the one who reaches out for him, put her hands all over him and so on.

3) Pitt has made quite an effort to look his best. I wonder who he wants to impress?

Except for the fact that he keeps talking about Jennifer and their "deep friendship" and sends his mother to visit Jennifer when she gets a new boyfriend. I really expect to see mama Pitt visiting Jennifer when she returns to LA, sent on a mission by her pathetic son.

Thank you, I was thinking the same thing. When Brad was with Jennifer he was very controlling, he wanted to control her on the red carpets, keep people from talking to her, and now with what is going on in the tabs with Jennifer, you better believe that Brad is seeing that, as well as thinking about it. This is the best Pitt has looked and dressed in over a year, and strangely enough it follows all the publicity surrounding John and Jen. Just like that crazy hat started after she started dating that model. I think what is being played out in the press is truly affecting Brad. It's a troll that we have had the last week, it starts out by putting jolie and brad down, but theres always this twist about it, where they "explain" something.
