I am a sun bed amature. I want to get a base tan before I go on holiday. How many sessions should I have and how long before should I start (September)

I have more than 20 sessions of tanning and I dont think that there is anything wrong with it.

Stay away from sunbeds!!!

You can get a perfectly natural-looking tan from a bottle without damaging your skin! I work in a salon that specialises in fake tan and it's becoming more and more popular. Don't be afraid if you've not tried it before, fake tans are so good these days that you can hardly tell the difference.

I use Fake Bake and St. Tropez, these brands are really easy to apply because they contain a colour guide so you can see which areas you've covered, it's virtually fool-proof!
