i had my tounge done about 3 months ago and im thinking on
having my belly done .
my tounge didnot hurt one bit but im wondering if my belly will .

I had my belly button pierced when I was 16, Im now 24. At that time I had to have a parent/guardian present, who was willing to sign some forms and give permission. I am all for piercings, however mine was a bit of a horror story. After years of having it pierced, I changed the ring to one of those bars, which had a little dangly jewel on it. Well, to cut a long story short, I fell and somehow got this caught, I then discovered it had been ripped out.I still have the scar these days to prove it!If you do decide to have it done, make sure you keep it VERY clean, I cannot stress this enough...Ive had friends who had theirs pierced at the same place which became infected as they did not follow the aftercare procedure. I have to say I've had alot of piercings over the years and the only one I ever had a problem with was my belly button. Everyone is different though, what agrees with one may not agree with another!

I'm a straight guy (25) and I had my belly button pierced 4 weeks ago. It didn't hurt one bit! The healing process it coming along nicely and I'm looking forward to be able to change the jewelry!

Hello! I took my belly button ring/barbell out after 2 years. It's been about 7 months since I took it out, and it has left a noticeable hole, with a very dark circle around it, and the area around it is depressed. I expected a scar, but not this. It looks awful.

I'm wondering if anybody has advice on what to do about this? My dermatologist was going to punch the scar out and resew it. I am not against minor surgery for the scar, I just want to see what others have done about this. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Im getting mine done next month. For those who ask where to get it done and cost etc i can recommend blue banana. They are all throughout the uk so you should be able to find one. Every one of my friends got theres done there and not one is infected. Also they charge £15 if its weekend or £10 if its a weekday and you get a choice of bar or hoop and different colours. Another thing with blue banana is you get a lifetime guarantee with them so if you got any worries just pop back and ask and they will also help you change your bar for the first time. They are so helpful and really take the time to make sure you are happy.

Also you have to be 13 with parents consent and 16 without. And also a few people said that they look 13 when they are 11... they will always ask for proof of age and if they dont then they are not professional so go elsewhere.

I just turned 14 in febuary and i always wanted my belly peirced and now alota of grls in my grade are getting it doen so i wanted mine as soon as soon as possible my mom is thinkin about it which is probably a yes but im kinda scared on how much it will hurt but people told me its not bad but im still nervous.....reply plzzz!!

hey. i got mine done not too long ago! it didn't really hurt like most people said. it's like a shot, u don't really feel it until it is over. don't believe the horror sotries about infection either. i did what the guy told me bout cleaning it and it hasn't been infected yet...hope this helps!

iv wanted it done for years now and im 17 and coz its the summer i want it done,
how much does it cost in the uk? iv tried calling a few places up but i think its a bit early so no-ones picking up =/

i am 17 and had my belly button peirced a few weeks ago at the place I went u had 2 b 16 2 hav it done. If you were younger than that then u need ur parents 2 sign the form. I know lotas of people who hav had it done younger than 16 and their's hav turned out fine so i don't think it really matters.
