Thanks.. but I thinks I wants to get right into the loaded hard drive systems.. so I learn the system I want to run...
I found this in my inbox this morn..
http://hightechsorcery.com/2008/07/assembling-linux-software-partitions
Me thinks it ain't gonna be easy.. but once I gets over the first bump, it should be harder sailing.. and get easier as I disassemble the initial parts of the nightmare... And the thing I like about it, it gets me out of the great money-sucking world's Windows Systems graveyard... Plus, Linux people are generally intelligent, caring, honest folks, compared to the Windows hoards and boards... A novice enters a Windows blog, and gets the piss beat out of him, and burned to a crisp for asking a silly question...
A novice enters a Linux blog, and suddenly it's like you're with family...
Now it's to find the time to really get into this change-over from Windows to Linux... But it'll be worth the effort.. and no-more crazy nasty PC virus world... Well, almost no more... Less...
I just spent 8-years learning Apple and PC... It'll be easier to get into Linux, the free-world's computer systems.. I hope...
I reeeadyy.. I just finished building my new computer desk and swivel sports car bucket sleeper-seat computer-desk chair... I've got the computers setup on the desk, a stack of hard drives, a stack of towers, state of the art screen, mouse, and keyboard.. and have this bunch of Linux CD's that don't do anything like the Windows CD's did when put into the slot... This is gonna be like learnin' to walk again.. oyie!...
