Gay women in the NHS

I work at a PCT and am not out yet. I fancy another girl in my office but don't know how to say how I feel to her. I think she fancies me. Any advice.

When the opportunity arises see if she will go down the pub or maybe wine bar, and take it from there I’m sure you have very good reason to think she fancies you, and she probably feels the same way too but embarrassed to ask you. Nikki I really hope you both hit it off, please let me know of any outcome from the way you speak I expect good news.

I agree. A social drink and a gentle friendly touch while in the bar, maybe on an arm or a shoulder and see what reaction you get. You could also ask (at the right time) if there is "a man or someone else" special on the scene to help double check the position.
