Maybe you could tell him that it would really turn you on to hear how turned on he is/how good he feels! I find the best time to mention these types of requests is mid sex session, and it works especially well when I'm on top - a man will agree to pretty much anything when he's guaranteed an orgasm! Yes but I find men don't moan in quite the same way, more quiet grunting and speaking.
