The touch mouse pad on my laptop is dead. How do I get it working again?

Just drag another mouse in from the garden. Your type are usually good at that. I don't normally like cats but you're my friend :D

You probably do not have the tools to repair it. If your laptop is still under warranty then take it to a service centre. Otherwise, use an external mouse or replace the laptop.
