Hi Buffy! Have you considered just wearing skirts in private for him? Maybe if you wore your hose under pants in public and then change the pants for a skirt (or no skirt ) when you're alone it would be enough for him.

Wow Karen that was a fast response I dunno. I'm so confused. That could work i guess. But what seems 2 do it 4 him is seeing me struggle 2 retain my modesty in public. In private it doesn't matter. Of course he doesn't want me to embarasse myself and a few times i could tell he was embarassed 2 when things got really out of control but 4 him it seems 2 b more exciting 2 see what he isn't suppose 2 in public rather than me being in some sexy undies at home Ok, i better get back 2 work or i will have something else 2 worry about

That's why i'm not wearing my short skirts anymore. They have just provided 2 much worry and embarassment.

From your messages I've read, it looks to me that the times you get into an embarrassing situation with your short skirts, it's because your bf has chosen to take you somewhere where you'd get into that situation. Like taking you to a college football game at the bowl where of course you'd be outdoors. Am I right? So how about you suggest a compromise with your bf: you'll wear your short skirts sometimes, but you choose when and where, and you make him understand that, if the two of you go out somewhere, that doesn't necessarily mean you'll wear a short skirt for him.

I just think he has some sort of hose fettish or something and of course u can't c the hose if u r wearing pants or a long skirt

:shock: He'd still have plenty of hose to see if you wear a knee-length skirt.

Another idea: fitted skirts rather than floaty ones. You could get one in denim, say, or a clingy one in lycra if you don't mind it showing the line of your butt! They'd be less likely to blow up in the wind, but you'd still have the problem that they'd be rather revealing when you sit down.

I hope you and your bf can agree something and you don't fall out over this.

You said it, buffyfan! If all it was was that he likes seeing lots of leg or sexy undies, then you could wear them at home for him, but that's not it. At least there, you would choose when you'd wear them and you would choose how far to go. He wants you to embarrass yourself in public by exposing what people aren't supposed to see when you don't want to. He wants you to not be in control of yourself, because he likes it when you struggle to try to keep control. I think he is out of order. You deserve to be in control of yourself, even if you're wearing a floaty short skirt.

I think longskirtlover is on the right track. He not only has a hose fetish (we've all known that type), he has a thing for exhibitionism. Since you are modest by nature that's going to be hard to resolve. Somewhere between the convent and the strip club there might be a middle ground you can agree on. Good luck.

This is so confusing 2 me. I don't know what 2 do I sort of like the idea of going back 2 wearing a skirt but on my terms. I have gotten into some pretty impossible situations at my bf's suggestion looking back on it. Like the stadium. I didn't think much of it at the time but it would have been next 2 impossible to keep my undies out of view given how steep the stairs r. And sitting down above someone else provides, well, a great view if 1 trys 2 look. I spent more time fussing with my skirt than watching the game and come 2 think of it i think my bf spend more time watching my struggle than the game except at the end when it got really exciting and his team won. So i think i will take longskirtlovers advice and wear my nrw skirt that started this tread that isn't impossible 2 control but when i want 2 where i want 2. That way i will b in control of the situation i hope

Suggest you treat yourself to a couple of longer skirts and, to begin with, wear them only when you are not with him and when it is appropriate. Start wearing them for you and dressing for you. He'll get the message hopefully.

I wear skirts most of the time in the summer months because they are more comfy and don't think I go round flashing everywhere.

Hi again longskirtlover I'm wearing a skirt 2 work 2day. No bf in sight all day either. It's a knee length sun dress as it's way hot here again. The material is sort of lite so i have 2 wear a slip under. It's white and several inches shorter than the dress. No hose. 2 hot and no bf 2 complain. It will b nice not 2 have 2 worry about pulling my skirt down all the time and snagging my hose in the mine field that is my office I'm just ready 2 head out now. A little nervious as the guy who made commented on my undies will b around 4 sure. I hope he doesn't make some dumb coment this time
