Your biomechanics just won't allow it. You can't run properly in heels, it's ridiculous to think you can. An Achilles injury is a very serious injury indeed, all the might of China couldn't fix their hurdler so high heel sneekers certainly won't work. Wear them for fashion if you wish but don't think about running in them. Get yourself sorted and wear runners specific to your own bio-mechanics bought on recommendation from a running shop.
