I've done this a fair bit. It took a bit of practiice to be able to do it with clothes on but I got there in the end. I think its over rated though. Its much easier just to squat - especially if youve had a few drinks. (Trust me on this - I once managed to soak my jeans while trying to show off to a friend when we both went to pee behind the shops on the way home from a night on the town!!! )

I have read interesting posts by people who pee themselves while jogging or running (for example, at a marathon event). I always assumed they'd stop for a moment to pee and then continue. But I am not sure. Any opinions or experiences?

I regularly pee myself while out jogging. It is more comfortable than running with a full bladder. It is easier with shorts because the pee just runs down my legs and quickly dries off. I have learned how to pee as I'm running along, and that way nobody really notices you and the pee doesn't end up in my socks!

...So that's why sometimes there's long wet spots and splats on the seawall, that smell like pee... I was wondering... Ever tried using the toilet..? then others jogging don't need to run through, and smell, someones pee...
Some have slipped and fallen from those wet spots...
I'm relieved that you free-form joggers don't take dumps while jogging.. or things would be much worse on the circuit...

Maybe you shouldn't drink so much liquid before a run...
Or use the potty before the run...
Or wear a bag.. or a diaper...
Or just squat in the bushes.. or do it standing by a tree...

Not wanting to offend you.. Only want to wake you to the fact that others live in this world too, who do not value your peepee territory-marking the public foot-paths, where healthy people go to jog to maintain being healthy and limber, without having to run through people's excrements...

I suppose it's not such a bad thing hun... When I scuba dive in the frigid waters of the Northern-. I pee in my wet suit... It keeps me warm for a little while, so pee is good for something... But scuba rental suits sure do smell bad... everyone pisses in them... Maybe they should be relabeled "scuba-toilets"...

On deep-woods camping trips I pee in a bottle, and pour it on trees all around the campsite, six feet higher than any animal can pee... It keeps critters out of the area... I suppose they figure that something that could pee that high must be Huge, and best avoided...
To keep the lowlifes out of my yard from the next-door cocaine marketing parties I pour pee on the trees between the yards... It actually works...
I bet that bitch next door uses a party theme to market her product twice a week... About ten dudes per party, at about 50-bucks a gram of crack.. she must be making at least a grand per week just from those parties... I bet she does a party a day, and has a route... That would be about $10-grand a month... I bet she thinks she "has a life".. but she doesn't know she has burned out her soul, and half her life... I bet she could have someone murdered at the drop of a hat.. and probably has... A scary demon-bitch she is...

A thought on that "pissing while running".. Rub vaseline on your legs so the piss will roll off like water off a duck's back... And wear nylon clothing that piss doesn't stick to... Best is to use the toilet before the run...

Another idea.. for fat runners vaseline on the legs would stop the chaffing from legs abrading each other...
