One thing the people who are judging Will and Jada should keep in mind is that Jada and Will do not live the average married couple's boring life. They are actors whose work keep them separated for considerable amount of time and they are meeting new people everyday, and are put in compromising situations with those people on a daily basis.

For instance, they have to do love, sex, and nude scenes with those other people. May be in those peoples companies for months acting as lovers, spouses, whatever...and these people are famous, attractive people just like themselves... the temptation is going to be there. They just as well be honest, realistic and mature about it. I think the couple is acting maturely. And like someone else pointed out hear they keeping themselves free of sexual scandal.
