i took my last pill microgynon 39ed sun 17 aug 08, i am still waiting for my period to occure.
i have been on the pill for two and half years now, im at an age where im feeling ready to have a child. but i dont know the best way to put my mind at rest as to when it'd be best to try for a baby and not be disappoint to find im not.. ive read lots of things that says it depends on your menstal cycle or obvilation days but i have just got confused... please help me i need advise on when is best, days, weeks before or after my period.

Hey there I am the same as u, I came off the pill at the end of July and have had no period yet, but my fiance and I haven't used any protection around the time I had ovulating symptoms so I could be pregnant, I'm going to do a test this weekend. Doctors say to wait unitl you have one natural period before you start trying for a baby just so it's easier to work out EDD (estimated delivery date) but I couldn't wait!!! x
