Eric SToltz was also the drug dealer in Pulp Fiction...and loads of other films, but none I can think of with long hair apart from those two...

Eric Stoltz is a severely underated actor in my opinion. Was also brilliant in Memphis Belle and my favourite soppy film of all time, Some Kind Of Wonderful.
