A generation of young women in their early twenties is now adrift in a sea of misogyny. They are regularly exposed as less able than their brothers and pilloried as academic failures by the press. No wonder they turn to mental illness, suicide and drugs.

It was taken from an original quote from an anti-feminist who said:

A generation of young men in their early twenties is now adrift in a sea of misandry. They are regularly exposed as less able than their sisters and pilloried as academic failures by the press. No wonder they turn to mental illness, suicide and drugs.

What planet is he on? Don't you just love flipping arguments :?:

The correct version you cited makes more sense. The other one made none at all. Misandry is the much more prevalent than misogyny, girls are pampered and maleness is demonized, and suicide is more prevalent in males.

"He" is on planet feminista. I've finally realized that feminists quite often project there own feeling onto men. Feminists are guilty of almost everything they accuse men of doing to women.

I wouldn't call myself a feminist but do believe there are more misogynists than misandrists in the work place. You have to put yourself in a womans shoe to understand what we endure in everyday life.

no he can't, the male equivalent of a feminist is a masculinist.
there r lots of different types of both.
1 can't pigeon-hole all feminists as man-haters

Exactly and it is impolite to label a woman as a feminist before she admits it. Loads of women get dissed as feminists when they really aren't.
