I think any man would run a mile at the sight of a woman turning up to a first date in this outfit! It's ridiculous and would make you look like a 1950s housewife. What's wrong with good old jeans?! I bet the person who came up with this combo hasnt been on a date this century.

As a dating agent! I believe Erika you've never actually accomplished a good date as if you would you would understand that any man likes a woman dressed as a woman & seen as though this page is for advice that is what is being given!

Any girl that turns up to a first date in just a pair of jeans will probaly be dropped back off outside their door within 30 minutes! good luck with ur dates!

I see points on both comments given. Yes the outfit shown is a little OTT for a first date,,,though really nice for date number 2 once youve established whether this guy is deserving of you buying this outfit. I agree that Erica, jeans on a first date...NoNo!! There has to be some sort of wrapping of the goods....and now your thinking "its whats on the inside that counts" Yeah Yeah Yeah. There also has to be an element of sexual attraction and thats not gonna happen in a pair of old jeans now, is it!

As a guy, I think a girl would look cute, without being over-the-top sexy, in an outfit like that.

I would also be pleased that she had made an effort to dress up, rather than just turning up in jeans.

A real winner for a first date:-
Any old clothes. An interested mind, a controlled mouth, a listening ear, a caring heart. A willingness to really care for the other person. The clothes don't matter. The HEART does! Decades later, I can say that it works and lasts!
Trying to dress smartly to impress never seemed to work for me, when I was young. Dates want someone who is interested in them as a person and what they think about things.
