My client ordered the $1000 worth of siding boards the wrong size... It'll take me several hours more to correct his mistake with saw and router... That's another $300 added to his bill... I'm seeing how it is that poor stupid folk waste money, to remain poor... Plus the guy purchased $300 more boards than the project required... He should have let the carpenter do the calculating of materials... His meddling in matters he hasn't a clue about has just cost him an additional thousand dollars on his project...
Seems the fellow who build the addition erred in ordering the new siding boards, having measuring a board which had been cut down smaller, to be the base board.. then the client used a mistake board as the size to order the new boards... I have need for a proverbial "lumber stretcher"...
