Please help severe pain! really worried

I've had this pain before , but never during masturbation... I took a viagra pill an hr before love making as i wanted to spice up the sex abit make it last longer. I was fine during love making i felt i was close to ejactulation but something kept stopping me like hitting a wall right after that i was in alot of pain which came from down below.

My left testicle was VERY sore to the touch and the pain was transfering into my bladder area i gave it a little while and tried to go to the toilet. But the pain and i guess the viagra hardon made it kinda difficult. Soon after i was feeling very sick and nearly in tears.

Now i had this problem awhile ago but i had changed condoms which were extra sensative feeling , something with methanol in them. Again i was in agony that time aswell. It felt like i was ready to ejaculate but its getting stopped , perhaps i wasn't allowed to? i don't know.

I can only think its either , Reaction to the anti spermacide its holding me back too much and causing problems. The viagra however i don't remember taking it the previous time , that i had what seemed to be a full bladder or severe case i have a blockage. But why can i ejactulate in masturbation

Im going to the docs tomorrow , but i am scared

Forgot to mention that within 4hrs the pain was completely gone , this morning i went to the toilet as normal. To put my fear aside i masturbated within 30mins of that and ejaculated as normal. The only thing i had not taken viagra , i was not using a condom with that anti spermacide stuff inside.
