How to resolve a cat problem

at least that's just in the garden... not as bad as what i have to put up with.
my neigbour's cat started running straight into my house every time i open the front door, and then i need to chase it around the house for 10 mins each time!

What does it do when it's in the house ?

If only these cats would do that here, i'd have the thing trapped then I could deal with it. Apparently anti-freeze works wonders - cats can't resist drinking it and once they do, it destroys the liver and the cat gets to crap in the clouds!

Garden centres sell all sorts of cat repellents, but all that happens when you put them on the garden, is heavy rain that washes it all away.
