Help - Driing me bonkers

Postby TheBankGirl on Wed Feb 04, 2004 12:35 am

I am still really in to my ex and every time i try to put him in the past something else comes up! I received a text from him a few weeks ago, saying that he likes me still etc! I then reply saying that i feel the same and then get no reply! So i erase his number again as you do and try to move on again! :?

But then the other day i get another text saying that he misses me and that he wants to meet up with me and that i dont realise how much he likes me. So i then reply "then why ignore me" and get no reply! I like him so much but does he like me???

As a bloke, no he doesn't love you, but it's nice to know you still care for him, so he'll keep doing this until he finds someone else. Let him be, don't be nasty but tell him there's someone else in you life (even if there isn't yet) and you have moved on.

I have to agree with Harry here. It seems this guy is taking you for a ride and messing with your feelings. If he did care for you, he would do something about it and not keep stringing you along.

Sounds like the classic 'I dont want you, but I dont want anyone else to have you either'. He is doing everything to stop you from moving on, yet he doesnt want you back. Only you can be strong enough to say enough is enough and move on - he will stop everything once he meets someone new, and you're in no way stopping him from doing that like he is to you. Take the lead, and cut contact off with him - seeing you be strong may make him change his mind and want you back for good!
