Well, it was simply her breast size. She became famous after The Sun tabloid launched a poll/vote. "Should Jordan have breasts implants or remain natural?".

The response from The Sun readers was a resounding "stay natural", but of course she went ahead and had them enlarged to ridiculous proportions anyway. This small readers' vote gig was what launched her as "Jordan". She's horrible, have you seen the way she treats her long-suffering soon to be ex-husband? He's a fame ho too, but she made me feel sick the one time I had the misfortune of watching their reality show.

IMO, she's trying to emulate AJ in any way she can - nose jobs, boob reductions, dying her hair dark and having fillers in her lips/everywhere. She's quite simply mad.
