I would be interested to hear any similar stories to this where you've seen a girl's skirt fly up in the wind. Tell us:

Who:
My girlfriend's 17 year old sister - 5ft 6in brunette, long legs, breasts not huge but nice She's a bit like a younger version of my girlfriend. The 3 of us went shopping in Manchester, UK.

Skirt:
Short black pleated skirt. It was pretty windy, a warm summers day. My girlfriend had gone to the ladies, leaving the 2 of us in the street. I made a similar mistake on my first day at sixth form. It had been a hot summer, so even in early September I was still wearing my grey cotton miniskirt. I put in on with a black top and set off for my first day, hoping my lovely outfit would attract the boys...well it did!

I first became aware of how windy it was at lunchtime. I stepped out of the building into the open air and it suddenly hit me front on, blowing the front of my skirt right up to reveal my pink knickers. Don't get me wrong, I've probably bent over or opened my legs a thousand times and flashed my knickers, but there's something a bit more embarrassing about the whole front of you skirt going waist high, especially when there are loads of impressionable young men about!

The story I about totell happened about 10 years ago.

I was walking along Bournemouth pier one evening when it was windy. it was summertime so there was shows being performed within the Theatre towards the end of the pier.

I happened to notice a lady who was wearing a short naby blue pleated skirt that came to just above her knees. She was also wearing a navy blue jacket and white blouse.

Now Bournemouth pier for those that don't know it has sheltered walk way parts on long it that you can shleter from the weather, however every so often along the shltered parts there are gaps that are open to the weather.

As she walked from the covered walkwy area through the gap to the theatre, her skirt went above her waist to reveal she was wearing matching cream coloured laced panties. The lady in question did not even attempt to get control of her skirt, but she did turnround and noticed that I hd been looking. The usher boys within the theatre, by the looks on their faces had also noticed.

I walked along the seafront and came back in time for the end of the play to see the above mentioned lady displaying her underwear again.

This was one of the most lovely sites I have seen when walking out and about.

I've seen this happen quite a bit on Broad Street in Birmingham on a Friday and saturday night. Lots of scantily clad girls seem to head there for a night out and if it's windy, there's always a chance of one or two having their mini-skirts blow up. Because of it being a wide, straight road, its quite open to the elements. There are also plenty of little side streets just off it, so crossing points can be a bit breezy.

It's not always a good idea to wear a short skirt when its raining either.
