Hi, i'm going to a works dinner and dance next saturday and i'll be wearing a long chinese silk dress, identical to this colour blue. I'll be wearing black strappy heels and maybe a black bag but i was wondering what colour lipstick will go? I'll be wearing blue and silver eyeshadow.

I say go neutral. A nice beigy shade with lots of shiney wet gloss. You don't want to take attention away from your eyes and if you do your eyes up really nice you should downplay your lips.
