I have just got married to a man I have know for one year it was a whirl wind romance so they say but it has happend quiet well for us. We love and respect each other completely when I met his parents they told me a different side of him which I didnt know and which he didnt tell me, like hed been married and had a child with a women who he lived with for 5 years but he has never mentioned this to me and when I asked in a round about way he said no hed never have kids and as far as he new he he he he wasnt a father to anyone, yet his mum says he is and he knows of the child why hide it from me his whole life know seems to be not what he told me but I cant understand why someone would lie about there life and their history I know I wouldnt I am now suspicious but dont know if I am making an issue out of nothing

Hi there....i am not the only one then..i met and married my husband with a few months of being with him....he had a relationship and an affair before me...he has two kids he has with the 15 year relationship and a son from the affair....but....he told me everything..you really do need to sit down and talk to him and get him to tell everything....me and my husband talk about everything in our pasts...if he wont talk where is your relationship going, because you both have to be honest to eachother...maybe he dont want anything to do with the child....my husband does not see his children not through his choice but because his ex wont let him take them out because he is in another relationship.

But you really both need to speak...conversation is the key to a good relationship, marriage
