Hottest / Nearest place in March

HI, I would like a short break of 2 - 3 days, where is the hottest place at this time of year for married couple with 2 small childern.

For this reason looking for about 3 hours max flight, Im guessing North Africa, Lanzarote or Tunisa, Any ideas from first hand experience ?

Any of the canaries will suit.

Would recommend Egypt too, but the flight is about 5 1/2 hours, a bit too long if your only going for a few days, will certainly be warm at this time of year though.
