Is it just me, or is it if a girl says shes going to call you, she never does?

The only female I know that will call me when she sayes she will is my mother. It doesn't matter what kind of relation ship I have with them, they never call when the say they will.

My newest interest, was supposed to call me today when she got back to her apartment. this was at like 11AM. I called twice throughout the day, and can't get in touch with her. WTF?

Do I just seem to attract girls that can't remember to call people?
