I am having a tattoo done on my bum, but i don't know what to wear. Skirt/trousers? Don't really think a skirt would work as i would have to hitch it right up. But then if i wore trousers i would have to take them down.

Also not sure what undies to wear.

Any advice would be great?

I think that any skirt or trousers will have to be taken off, so wear something that you don't mind crumpling into a pile.

As for undies, surely a Thong would be most sensible???

I don't actually know myself, but I have a feeling you may be asked to change into paper knickers.

I had a tattoo done in quite an intimate part and believe me there is no paper knickers involved. Loose clothing is the way to go. And clothing that you don't care about too much as it will get blood on it.

I wore a dress but that was still awkward, so you'll have to see if anyone else has got a better idea/experience about the types of clothing that would be best.

Paper knickers?! Like Lisa Ive never heard of it.
I had quite a large tattoo done just below my belly button (but above my crotch) I was quite nervous cos it was a spur of the moment thing.
At the time I was wearing jeans and unfortunately my 'big' bridget jones knickers! It didnt really make much of a difference at all.

When the tatooist stepped back to admire his work and came out with
'Yeah thats good (with cheesy grin) and the tattoo isnt bad either'
I knew it was time to make a sharp exit!!! Geez the things us women have to put up with!
