Yes, it is normal. It is his cum dripping out of you, along with some of your own vaginal secretions. What, do you think your vagina gobbles it up and swallows it? I don't think so.
The vagina has it's own cleaning system. To keep from getting infection and to keep its natural pH balance, it secretes fluids to keep "bad things" out. Sometimes you are still prone to infections due to the fact that the pH level in your vagina is off balance.
No need to worry about it. Just hop in the shower and give yourself a quick rinse if you are grossed out by it. Besides, if you don't rinse the cum out, you are gonna smell, well, not so pleasant. DON'T use soap inside your vagina, and douching is not really recommended either. If you must douche, only do it OCCASIONALLY. Douching, if done too often, can also lead to disrupting your pH balance and can lead to yeast infections or vaginosis.
