So, I am having some problems with my parents right now. I am out as being a lesbian, and my parents love me, but they are having trouble accepting my queer identity.
Anyways, it is Xmas break, and I am in college, so I am now stuck at home until the dorms re-open and I am missing my girlfriend. So, I wanted her to come down, so I asked my parents if it was ok. They dont know she is my g/f, but they know that all my friends at college are queer. And I they said they didnt want my college friends coming to visit. It is only 90 min away, but I dont have a car and can not visit, and I really want to see my girlfriend, we talk alot still, but I am missing her. I will be going up to visit a friend for new years near my college so I am trying to figure out something to do. But my girlfriend and I just got together right before break, so my friend doesnt know my gf too well, so I would feel bad inviting her over for the eve for the party, but there might be able to visit her... but I am just worrying, and was curious if anyone had any advice for parents or anything. Should I let them know she is my g/f?
Thanks for all the help,
