I don't know if any of you agree but I have come to the conclusion that hairdressers tend to make you have your hair cropped and shorter as you get older, over 29s. My hair has always been thick, below shoulder length and everyone said it looked great. Then, my hairdresser thought my hair was too "heavy" and decided to put layers in and I ended up looking like something out of Friends magazine.
No-one liked my new style apart from a couple of people and neither did I. I have since grown my hair long and straight with the help of GHDs and the comments I have had are great.
All my life, hairdressers have been trying to chop my hair and when I did it, it didn't look as straight, one length hair.
What do you think my older buddies
