I've thin eyebrows that I'd like to make look more filled in or darker. Is eyeshadow the best for this? If so, what's the best way to apply it to your eyebrows? I mean, do you just use the eyeshadow applicator and start swiping over your eyebrow hair? Or...is an eyebrow pencil the better way to go What about semi permenant tatooing would this work?
I would tend to use an eyebrow pencil (similar to an eyeliner) myself, rather than eye shadow. I have quite pale brows myself and this does make them darker and better defined.
I'd go easy on the semi-permanent tattooing front unless you want them to look dark *all* the time...
