nail salons gettig a french manicure

hello everyone i have done on other topic femmine stuff on guys. i have reply to nail polish on guys a new fasion. just wounding i really want to walk into a nail salon to get a french manicure with acylic nails. i kinda want pink tips. i reacently ask a girl from my nieghborhood who is very good at fasion and beauty. she said that she would paint my nails which iam very happy about. iam exticted about her to paint my nails. i have told no one. i have kept his secret. just let you know iam in high school i see a lot of girls go o nail salon and getting there nails done in theyare so pretty. after she paints my nails i think about ask her if she would like to go a nail salon with me. i will pay. what do you think about all of this

I used to work in a nail salon and its surprising how many guys actually do get their nails done, quite a few used to have the gel overlays. So don't be embarrassed you more than likely won't be the first guy in there and probably not the last so go and treat yourself and enjoy!!

I am a st8 male who paints his toes on occassion, usually black. I too am wanting to try a french manicure with white tips.

I would like to hear the opinions of the ladies regarding men with white tipped nails?

What about men painting nails in general?

It is ashame that if a man wants to look nice and do what is normally considered "feminine" he is called "gay", but if a woman does something that is considered "masculine", they are not called "lesbians".

Personally, I believe the men who call others gay because they want to experiment with nail polish, earrings, body shaving, etc., they are homophobic and deep down inside, they too want to experiement but are simply afraid to.

Come on guys, be brave and live like you want.

i love how french manicure look on girls. do women like to compelment on there nails. i do not see how girls can do masculine things can be called tomboys why not call them lesbians. if you calll metro people gay so i i do not see how you can think that unless you think tomboys are lesbains.

have any over you ever seen a guy in a nail salon, was he getting a french manicure, did he get fake nails, have any of you painted a guys nails what were thoughts ?

I've been getting my nails professionally manicured for the past 5 years. I have a manicure about every two to three weeks, and I love having it done. It's very relaxing, and I like my nails to look really nice. I get a lot of compliments.

I wear my nails quite long (for a guy) - about 5-7mm past the fingertip - and squared-off, and I have them finished in a clear glossy polish as part of my manicure. Between manicures I clean them myself twice daily and apply OPI Nail Envy (gloss or matt, depending on my mood) as strengthener every other day. I also take MSM, which is good for nails and hair. Having my nails done makes me feel really good about myself and gives me confidence.

PS: In response to earlier posters to this thread, I'm not gay.
PPS: Nor am I a mobster.

my bf gets one but only since i suggested it real early on in the relationship. He's a mechanic and tho he wears gloves his hands and nails still get in a state, so he goes to the salon once a week to have his hands and nails pampered. :lol:

I'm not gay, am very happily married and get french pedicure once a month. Next time I go, I will get a manicure, but doubt I will get French manicure, probably clear gloss or lightly tinted gloss.

I'm a male and I get my nails done regularly. I get gel nails and wear red polish all of the time. I really don't care what people think, I'm straight and love long beautiful polished nails. My girlfriend loves it.
