How about a happy thread?
Just thinking about this:

Ladies. where did your hubby propose to you, when how? or did you propose to him?
or if you're not married of engaged, do you ever think abut a guy proposing to you....where when and how?

Guys, where did you propose to your lady? Do you think about proposing/weddings/romantic stuff like us ladies do?


Im not married, but I imagine different things (and different guys) depending on my mood. Sometimes, on a beach at sunset, or in a restaurant surrounded by all my family and friends (other times, i hate that), sometimes, even something as wacky as on the 1/4 mile line at santa pod. its about equal for who proposes to who.

My fella proposed to me on the Grand National at Blackpool, I said yes and btw it wasn't me that burnt it down I am still happily married

My fella was quite nasty to be honest! We went for a drive in the country, it was a lovely day and we had dinner out. Anyway, when we got back into the car, it wouldnt start. I dont know a thing about cars, and I didnt think my man did either. I reached for my mobile and the AA card when my man suggested we take a look under the bonnet - I dont know why I didint click because we both have no idea what does what! Anyway, I saw a lead clearly sticking out - and knew it wasnt supposed to be like that. I went to put it back in the hole, and saw a red box in the way. I removed the red box and it was a ring! I turned round and my man was on one knee! I said yes straight away, but still made him mend the car!
