Question for all you queens of conception

I almost feel guilty asking this question after having a quick look through some of the threads, and I sincerely apologise if this causes any offence, but I would really appreciate some advice.

Took the morning-after pill two weeks ago after an accident (condom broke).
Since then I have felt awful; sore swollen boobs, weakness, dizziness and nausea.
This morning my stomach has been really upset and I've had some spotting. (Its very stange looking and I have never had anything like spotting before).

I've read the side effects on the leaflet from the pill (after I started to feel unwell, I never read sympthoms before becasue I feel you automatically develop them) and it mentions some but not all of the sympthoms I've experienced, but to me these seem like pregnancy sympthoms.

I know the morning after pill is not 100% effective and I suppose what I'm wondering is if the pill had not worked and I was pregnant would I be experiencing these sympthoms so soon after a possible conception?? And if it is possible would the spotting mean the pregnancy is terminating?

I know I should see a doctor but I'm stuck in work and will be all week. I also don't want to have to pay out if it is an unecessary expense.

Im sure if your that worried about things, work will give you time off to go and ask the question to your dr.
Where i used to work, we got an hour off paid during the day for a dr's appointment, as long as we showed out appointment card... im sure if you explained your situation to your boss/manager/director they would understand.
If you cant do that, try your family planning clinic - they sometimes do evening sessions.
