Depends, a lot of women get what is called a D&C it is when you or yoru Doctor suspects that part of the fetus is still inside you, your body didn't misscarry it all. Regueardless if you think that there may still be soemof the fetus I recommend going to a Doc and being checked.
When I misscarried my first Back in FEB 2004, I didn't know i was preg for one and I also didn't know I had misscarried till the next day when I had a docs appt and they told me I was pg.
If you are trying for another baby then give it a few months. if not then take it easy and be more careful.
