Of course, nude beaches have one thing I gotta complain about... quality control. I've never seen so many nude 50+ year old people in my life. It's a little excessive, to say the least.

Nude beaches are for the benefit of people who enjoy being nude in the sun, not for the benefit of weirdos to stare at.

My husband and i have been i holiday a number of times with friends and i dont have a problem going topless.
The first time i did it a friend said that i was brave and i answered her by saying well we all have a pair. The next holiday we went on with them she also went topless with me.

1. When you say you went topless with friends on holiday, I'm sure that includes the male species My question is - How was their reaction? Did they look or sneak looks? Did they make direct comments to you or your husband?

2. What did your husband had to say about it? Was he jealous or approving of it, that his mates could now view your bare breasts?

3. When your friend finally went topless as well, what was your husband's private comments to you? Did he enjoy it, or it was just another pair of boobs??

I think it's less accepted in the US than say, many parts of Europe. When I was backpacking through Italy, I've been to a number of beaches with my friends and we always couldn't stop but marvel at all the hot women just walking around topless like it's no big deal.

Elliott, my point is: in front of complete strangers, I think many of you, more so in Continental Europe, have no qualms about taking it all off at nude beaches etc. However, when you are together with people you know, either friends or workmates, isn't that an awkward situation?

Take my situation for example. My friend's wife was topless and she happened to be a chick that I fancied many years back. You can imagine my "reaction"

How was your reaction then? I assume you mean you had never gone steady with these female friends before, they were just platonic, right? So, after they revealed their goods, did you start having fantasies about them? I know I would, unless they were completely unattractive.

this was back in college. we all got drunk one night and decided to play .. But then one of the girls joked about playing strip . and then it just devolved into that and a hybrid of truth and dare.

Well, let's just say that I had a really good luck on the draw that night so I managed to keep most of my clothes. (plus, I was counting cards in my head.)

So, by the end of the night, most of the girls were sitting there stark nude. and every other hand that they lost, they had to do a truth or dare thing. (unless the person felt uncomfortable enough that they'd want to opt out. but really by the time they were nude, we really didn't care if they were going to do anythingelse)

I definitely found some of them to be extremely attractive so yeah, definitely had some fantasies born that night. Of course, there were also a couple that I just didn't really find them all that attractive because we've known each other for so long.

going topless on the beach in the Uk isd fairly usual (and most welcome!), when the weather is warm enough.

there are some nude beaches, though sill seems to be a stigma attached- much more freedom (and bare flesh!) in suthern europe (eg- spain, balearic islands, greece).- one place i went to in crete, it was VERY hot, so no bother from anyone (gawkers, peepers etc- hiding behind newspapers etc)!
