Morning everyone,
Hope you are all ok & had a great weekend.
Feeling a bit worn out today & i'm taking things easy, my lungs "aren't working to full capacity" & i've got to have some lung tests done, but i feel alright though.

Im ok, somedays are better than others & i have to increase any exercise a bit more each day, im going swimming soon to see how fast/far i can still swim......... could be fun as im going with 2 guys from rehab, & i only have a very skimpy bikini :wink:
