The easiest way to send someone a text is to create a new phone book entry/contact whose name is the message you want to send. So, add a new contact with no number and a name of "Would you like to come back to my place, bouncy bouncy, I am no longer infected". You may need to use First and last name, with an e-mail address if you can.
