My twin brother and his wife wants me to have sex with her. The reason being that he had an accident and is unbale to. They asked me but i don't feel comfortable in that. Any suggestion on what I should do?

PS - In case anybody is thinking of going to a donation clinic, with the bills they can't afford it.

DON'T DO IT!! What kind of accident did he have that prevents him from having sex with her? Did it result in him having a penectomy?

Just curious: Would it just be service sex to get her pregnant? Would he be watching? Would it be private and passionate love making with her?

This is creepy and I wouldn't do it, for any number of reasons. Specifically, do they want a baby or just sex? I couldn't tell from your question. Invitro would be ok, but through a clinic as your genes are probably identical to your brothers. If it is just for sex, run, don't walk.
On the other hand, I envy you!!! Be very carefull for what you wish for. Everything has consequences down the road.

Sex with your sister in law is just sex when you first start but soon it develops into a baby making thing and you soon get her pregnant.
