that is what I was looking for. What she should've done was left after the first sign of abuse. She didn't get charged because his testimony was inconsistent. The courts believed her condition was temporary insanity and reactionary. That is fair in my opinion.

Because of the verdict, she did have to go in for psychological evaluation for 45 days. Personally, I think she should have at least done some community service with parole.

The fact that the Feminist groups praise her for being a hero is enough to make me vomit.
