Usually it seems more that they aren't fixated on their looks and dieting therefor more interesting to get to know. They have other interestes than heavier curvy women and usually they are just more beautiful.

Rubbish. A skinny person can be just as fixated on looks as heavier curvy women.

I agree I am a female I have noticed my thin friends are as consummed with weight as my heavy friends. I have only one female friend who does not give calories a thought and she is the only one of my friends that I would say is not to thin or to heavy.

I found this forum whilst looking through googlefor help. Not the first time either. I'm 16 and i've always been a under weight and thin, my dad was my age and my aunty. I used to get some nasty kid call me anorexic and I eat loads and just don't put it on. Since 2003 i've been trying to. Last time I went on holiday to greece I wouldn't even wear shorts as I was so embarrased. I've tried what it seems like hundred times to gain weight, eating more etc. Fact is I eat little a lot, Sometimes till I feel sick from trying to eat so much[not actually sick don't worry!], but I still don't put weight on, 6 stone by the way...I also get out of breath easily for many reasons one down to being underweight. I've had a lot of bad experiences with doctors presumming things and people. I'm glad to see other people out there have the same problem as me and feel the same way. I've gotten interested in yoga, and i've started exercising etc, hopefully i'll gain some muscle or fat or something soon. As I start college in September and I look about 10 not 16 and my weight puts me down. If anyone has any tips on helping please pm me. :D

eat loads of protein. Not only that but loads of carbs. Yoga is good but it's for flexibility not cardio. Cardio will also keep you thin. You need anaerobic weight resistance training. but don't believe me, I only speed skate and lift weights 3 times/wk.

personaly it depends what you call skinny, when some one is so thin it makes you feel ill thats never good

but the one thing in like if you have a good personality your do well

some people trade off there looks (i do to some degree and i dont even look that grate lol) but looks fade a personality is there for life ... unless you get bitter and nasty ... ah never mind this is what hapends when you type what ever your thinking

I think that as long as the person is healthy (ie not putting themselves in danger for being under/over weight) then the body shape does not matter.

Everyone has a natural body shape/size and funnily enough they don't all fit into one little group

The more you worry, the more unattractive you'll be... have a little confidence, if yu feel good, you look better :)

I love skinny girls - always have.
I know a girl who has tits at the back. She's not much to look at, but fun to dance with.
