Those who have an unhealthy weight just love to believe the ones who are thin are so by starving themselves. Not saying that there aren't women who do that just saying that there are many who don't.
I do believe that their are alot of thin women with healthy diets I am one of them I am 5'9 and a size 8. but I am not 30 lb uderweight. Im sorry but I do believe that most of the women who are so thin every bone in their body shows have eating disorders even if they dont know it. I knew a girl who weighed 90 lb and only ate 900-1000 cals a day she thought what she was doing was healthy but she had a eating disorder.
If I had a large bone structure I'd have every single bone of my body showing yet because I have a narrow bone structure my bones show only a little. It's not just about eating too little, it's also about bone structure.
Oh, and you can be certain that although I'm 5'7'' and a size 4 US (6 UK) I'm very healthy (according to the doctor) and I'm constantly eating.
