I didn't think the unpinning was a requirement :?:

Amy's skirt doesn't wrap around so no pin needed. I could never get away going unpinned at work but maybe after work would be ok :wink:

DG is planning on going pinless. I hope she knows what she is getting herself into or maybe out of would be a better description :shock:

As 4 the lengths, u really can't compare just the skirt lenghts. My skirt is about mid thigh on me but would be way higher on DG and just cover her butt bcause she is much taller. The reverse is that DG's skirt would be longer on me than her. But no matter the length i think it's harder to be modest if u r short bcasue there is less area between the knees and butt :!:

Does that even make any sense :?:

Okay buffy I don't think I have a skirt in my wardrobe that looks like a kilt. What can I substitute? Also are you going to give us a blouse and shoes as well?

Don't worry, what you were saying makes sense to me. But I have a suggestion too: why don't we have a benchmark wearer?

What I mean is, if DG's skirt length falls higher than her mid-thigh, then everyone would follow that. How? For example, you, Buffyfan, you may want to wear your skirt higher so it levels with DG's :?:

This may also compensate for your having to pin your kilty skirt :wink:

As for Amy's wardrobe problem, I'm sorry I can't think of anything good.

BTW, what were the original specifications for tomorrow? And also, how will I be able to see you all?

Hi everyone,

Well I cant really wear a kilt type skirt at the office as we have to be quite smart. I did buy a new grey skirt at the weekend though which is pretty short especially when I sit down which I hadnt realised! Its a fairly straight skirt about 2 inches above the knee when Im standing so ive got tan tights on underneath. Becuase it rides up quite a bit I am conscious of my slip hem showing a bit if I dont keep an eye on it. Other than that Im wearing a white short sleeved blouse, a matching grey jacket and black boots.

So u r fitting rite in 2day. Also, if u don't feel rite wearing a kilty skirt 2 work, don't worry about it. I know u don't like 2 have things showing that aren't suppose 2 and that kind of skirt can b dangerous at times :oops:

As 4 me, i have on a black skirt just above the knee, black pumps, new tan pantyhose that i bought for next weeks skirt day but decided 2 break them in now, and undies whos color will remain known only 2 me and my bf later.

DG's falls mid thigh 2. It's just a longer skirt since she is way taller. Oh crap. I just ran my new hose on my desk. :oops:

There it goes, all the way down the front. Gotto go to sneak into the lady's room 2 change b4 anyone notices.

Hey all,

Have on required outfit. Slingbacks here. No boots yet.
Matching red lace bra and panty with little black trim to complete the ensemble.
As for next week, if Jay wants to set the outfit, I'm fine w/that.

BTW, sorry buffyfan. I know what you mean about the runs... :cry:

Happy Skirt Day y'all! Here in the Lone Star State I am wearing a red western style blouse, black flaired skirt, tan hose and my black knee high Nine West stilleto boots. Had to wear the western blouse so I look like I belong here at work LOL

Hi Jay; I won't be sending any photos of me either. You have no idea what you are missing though! I do however have a rather embarassing photo of Buffyfan taken at a coworkers wedding earlier this year. We are always teasing each other about which one is better at wearing short skirts but yet remaining modest. This photo proves it's certainly not her with her dress well up over her hose tops! I could probably figure out a way to send it to your personal e-mail address since I have no idea how to post it on the Forum.
