Best skirt-blowing moment? ME ON SATURDAY NIGHT!

Wore a flowy green dress to go out clubbing - didn't realise it was so windy. I put on a white lacy Thong underneath as well, I didn't want VPL showing.

Obviously when you have a Thong on, your arse is bare, so the skirt/dress is touching the skin, so to speak. I don't like flapping about, screaming and trying to hold my dress down, I just tried to be subtle and ladylike, but it's a strange feeling as skirt and bum are 'seperated' and cold air hits you. I can see why it's a turn on for some girls, but for me it was just scary, I felt lots of pairs of eyes looking at me.

I don't know exactly how high my dress blew but it was more than enough. I think next time I'll pay more attention to the weather forecast!

A woman after my own heart!

I was sat on a bench in Manchester this Saturday waiting for my friend. A cople of guys came over, gave it the 'Awright Darlin', on your own'. Told them to sod off. They went and sat on a nearby bench. Then Emma turned up.

As I tried to get off the bench and off to the pub without looking at the guys, one of the worst things possible happened. As I got out of the seat, a great big friggin gust of wind came along and blew up my little ra-ra skirt up to reveal my pink french knickers (thank f*ck I wasn't wearing a Thong)! I grabbed at my skirt and pushed it back down but unfortunately caught their eye and they were goggled eyed at me and laughing their heads off!

They don't hate you. They admire/lust for you. You should be happy that you are attractive!

My apologies. I could have incorrectly interpreted her from reading too fast and in between the lines.

It's happened to me before, on holiday in New York in 1999. Walking up Second Avenue just now, a gust of wind caught my skirt and up it billowed. In a flash, I threw a hand to my backside only to find it in contact with flesh. I looked around at the crowded sidewalks and I knew that I’d just graced a few dozen people with my bare arse.

My first inclination was to be mortified. But really, a bit of arse is nothing to be embarrassed about - especially in New York where you’re treated to much, much more on a regular basis. So, instead I decided to be deliriously entertained by the whole event and just stood there on the sidewalk laughing.

Manchester the other night was more of a shock. It was also dark and guys were starring at me, really creepy. I'm sure, as you say, they didn't actually hate me as such, but they saw my knickers all the same!

Another favourite of mine goes back a few years to my school days. Here in the UK, as I'm sure you know, we still have school uniforms. Anyway Joanne, a girl in the Senior year, used to wear a pleated grey skirt, about 3 inches above her knees. No tights, pantyhose or stockings EVER, always bare legs. One day in November it was raining heavily with 40-50 mph gusts. Joanne was walking across the schoolyard with her umbrella being blown inside out. With one hand gripping the umbrella, and the other on a schoolwork folder, the skirt was the least of her worries. Joanne was one of those successful girls you get, intelligent, sporty, attractive, loved by all the boys. Even at 12 or 13 years old, you could see she was stunning, so by 16 she was turning into a beautiful full grown woman. As the wind blew, the skirt firstly plastered against her legs, then, much the same us her umbrella had, it turned inside out, completely exposing her white panties to the waistband. I was in a lesson at the time, and watched her predicament open mouthed. No-one else saw. Joanne was embarrassed, but smiled afterwards as she spoke to her friend. It was a fantastic show, I don't think she knew I'd seen but the way she just took the skirtblowing in her stride was a real turn on!

Sorry, you say this girl was 12-13 years old? Or was she 16?

Either way that's too young for you to be fantasising about her skirt blowing up. If she's still in school you shouldn't be discussing it in this way! Do you realise you could go to jail?

It's not ideal that you watch grown women in this way, but at least we can deal with it and it doesn't involve children. Do you often look up schoolgirl's skirts?

Sick B*****d!!!!

Calm down dianespage. If you read his post properly, you'll see he was at school at the same time, so probably the same age. Nothing abnormal or illegal (at least yet!) about a 16-year old boy fantasizing about a 16-year old girl. In fact it's almost abnormal not too. If these kind of posts offend you, what the hell are you doing here?

No I don't look at or fantasize about school girls, but I liked a good flash of leg when I was that age, just like most teenage lads did, and still do. Deal with it.

Yeah, sorry if my post offends but we were both 16 at the time.

To be honest, we are 12 years on now and I find the idea of watching schoolgirl skirts blowing up a bit sick. OK with a fully grown woman but not a schoolgirl. Joanne was a bit of a one off in terms of looks and maturity so I guess that's why its still a favourite of mine.

right, so you don't look at schoolgirls, which is a big relief, but how do you know once their out of school uniform? unless you get a girl's id you won't know. you can't go up to her and say 'that skirt looks a little short and flimsy, do you mind if i watch it blow up and look at your knickers, by the way how old are you?'

doing what you do is very dodgy anyway, but when you involve underage girls it makes it worse. how do you know how old a girl is if she's out of a school uniform? lots of teens can make themselves look older than they are with make-up, and wearing a short skirt with sexy underwear is all part of trying to look older.

i think you need to be a bit careful sideshowbob!!!!!

I agree. Sideshowbob, you seem to have spent half your life watching girls and following them to see their skirts blow up. I think you should stop. From all the posts I've seen on this site (assuming you aren't just making them up) I can only guess that you are a very sad, lonely individual. U need to get a life.

Watching a girl to see her skirt blow up and following her down a windy street, waiting with you camera no doubt, is illegal and you could go to jail, no matter how much it turns you on.

This should be called my worst windy skirt up. i was at an outside party with my bf. i had on a fairly short grey pleated mini with sheer black pantyhose with white briefs under. As soon as we got there i knew i was in trouble. It was by a lake and the wind came up sometimes. so i had to hold it down all the time just to b safe. But how do you do that while holding a food or a drink:?: So when i went to get my food, the whole skirt blew up first in front. i grabbed it with my free hand but then the back went up to. i note postings where girls say they dont mind this but i was so mortified it had never happened to me bfore To make it worse, my bf saw me and came over to help out. A bunch of his friends saw and laughed. i must have been two shades of red. he took my food and i got the skirt down and held on tight until seated. then it blew up again exposing all my legs. when i went to put it down, then i put a run in my pantyhose and that was already my second pair. i always want to look good when out so i just wanted to go home and cry. i will only wear that skirt again on a calm day and next time bring 3 pantyhose just in case

Thank you buffyfan, glad I've got SOME support out there.

Perhaps someone would like to tell me why seeing a girl's skirt blow up in the wind is so immoral and illegal?

The girl caught out by the wind has simply made an error of judgement and worn a skirt (often a very short one, liable to blow up) on a windy day. She could have worn trousers/shorts/a longer skirt, but hasn't. The trouble is all of her own making and she is left with little option other than to grin and bear it. A windblown skirt is basically a glorified wardrobe malfunction.

Think back to the 2005 Superbowl when Janet Jackson's top fell down. Who got the blame for millions of TV viewers seeing her breast?

The TV Director? No!
Justin Timberlake? No!
Were millions of TV viewers castigated for watching it happen? No!

Watching a skirt blow up exploits many legal loopholes. Deliberate public exposure is gonna get you arrested. As is walking up to a girl and yanking her skirt up, as is sticking a camera phone under her skirt. You have voilated a girls privacy if you do that.

Unfortunately for a girl, if she gets her skirt blown up in public (or for that matter if her top falls down) and people watch it happen, no-one has broken any law. It cannot be proven that the girl has deliberately exposed herself, as an act of god has caused a wardrobe malfunction. People who watch it happen have simply been witnesses to the incident.

Whilst people may be suspicious of someone hanging around a windy corner or even standing by a subway grate, there is no law which prevents it. Police may suspect you of something if they see you just hanging around one place for too long, but that is all. They certainly won't guess that you're waiting for a skirt to blow up.

Sorry but I'm getting a bit fed up of the comments on this site. Maybe I'm opening myself to criticism a bit by trying to talk this subject up a bit, I can accept that - but I don't think I've broken any laws. I've never photographed a girl without her consent, never lifted a girl's skirt, and OK I may have craned my neck to look up miniskirts on a stairway now and again, but who hasn't? I have never hurt anyone, all I have done is been in the right place at the right time when silly girls have put short skirts on without checking the weather forecast!

i agree with you Sideshowbob. Its the guys with the cameras read about that have a problem. i asked my bf and he said he looks to (but that better be all he does) :x and he would probably follow a skirt if he thought something could happen. Funny tho he was the first to come to my aid when he saw what happened to me :D and was very embarassed that everyone else saw. i think its fun to talk about now since its over but you have to understand how humiliating it was at the time  What i dont get are the girls who either do it on purpose or dont mind others to see when it happens. But thats not anyones fault except mine for not being more careful. now i am extra careful if its windy or im going up stairs or getting out of a car etc.
