i read all of the questions and answers but i find that this works best and is REALLY easy:
* get some bicarbonate of soda(not baking soda) and mix it with your normal toothpaste
*mix until it forms a paste
*then get a small piece of tin foil and put a bit of the paste in it
*then mould the tin foil to the shape of you teeth.
