i think i need anger manangement

some say its the red hair-my mum used to say i always had a short fuse. lately tho its becoming worse and worse, there are things that happen that get me more angry than ever before and when i enter into an argument i know i can be so hurtful and dont know how to back down!
anyway whatcha think?

i have a hot temper and have red hair but think it has little to do with how short a fuse i have. my sis has a temper just like mine and isnt a redhead

Maybe others will see what happened to your last enemies, and realize that they shouldn't mess with you... but generally, apes will always come back for more and more pain, till they are full-up, is when they runs to mummy, and mods, for a tender elementary cure to their sorrows...

But wouldn't it be easier if you could just aim your "phaser" them, and poof!.. they're gone forever, never to piss you off again.. never to draw out your angers ever again.. as if they do that just to feel your wrath... Maybe it's not you, but them masochists trying to get you to feed them a little more pain..? maybe...

I have a really bad temper n i'm no red head!
At least myfamily now how to take me but others dont.

I possess the same Wicked bad temper you do.. I once got so pissed at someone who came to my party to intentionally mess it up, that I actually saw RED!... All I could see was Red, after that person started cussing at me, after I dragged the ah out of my home... They persisted in riling me, and suddenly all I could see was a sheet of blood red... The only way I could shut it up was to slug it.. but I couldn't see anything but solid red, so I focussed on the voice, slightly moving my head side to side to catch their sound in each ear, then I struck with all the force I could summon, and caught the ah right in the face... and saw what I had done a couple days later... Where I hit was all black, blue, and red.. mostly black on the whole side of the face...
Never got that angry ever again... No one wants to get me that angry, cuz I'm sure I would kill, now that I've got serious weapons, and martial arts under my belt...

I got control of my anger after I flung a skipping 45 record across the room, and it stuck in the wall... I looked at my new record, now cracked, and built a control over my angers... but it's not gone.. I just hold it suppressed all day every day, and night... but when it gets out of the box it's like a volcano just erupted, and WatchOut!..

Maybe the two of us should get together in a no holds barred extremely sensitive debate, and try to set each other off to the point of seeing red just fer the hell of it... and see what comes of it... I'm bored!.. I haven't skinned anyone alive for months... How about you darlin'..?
What really really pisses you off bigtime?.. besides me...
